Our Self-Hypnosis Workshop in Manchester, near to Didsbury, Chorlton and Stockport will show you how to relax yourself down into the creative state of mind referred to as trance or hypnosis.
This is a state of mind in which you are more easily able to access the resources of your unconscious mind and your body to change the ways you think, feel and behave.
Our workshop will also give you self-help techniques for dealing better with practical everyday situations.

About Us and Our Workshops
Our Self-Hypnosis Workshop sessions are friendly, informal and purposeful. We keep the numbers in each group to between four and eight so we can take account of individual needs.
Group sessions are jointly led by Michaela and Julian at our practice in Levenshulme, South Manchester. We are both qualified hypnotherapists with a lot of experience of working with groups.
