We offer a programme for weight-loss of between four and six sessions, supporting you for a period up to four months.

We use what is known as a ‘mindful’ or ‘conscious eating’ approach to slimming which is not based on dieting, but on slowing down your eating, savouring your food and tuning into the feelings in your stomach.

It combines coaching and self-help techniques with hypnosis/deep relaxation to embed new habits of eating at a deep level. CDs are provided to support you between sessions.

It has gained a lot of support from recent expert research and was popularised by Paul McKenna in his television series and book. It does require self-awareness and self-discipline but provides an alternative to the yo-yo effect of dieting.
