CDs for home use support the relaxation work you do in sessions and reinforce the positive suggestions that can help you to bring about change.
We are based in South Manchester near to Didsbury, Chorlton and Stockport and one train stop from the city centre. We also offer telephone or Skype sessions where we believe this to be appropriate. These are supported by audio recordings for use between sessions.
